Members of the DOTEINE Research Group are those indicated below. Other researchers, who participate in the projects developed by the group, are indicated in sections dedicated to each specific project.
Miguel Ángel Marzal García-Quismondo
Prof. Marzal is a full-time Professor at the Library & Information Science Department of the Carlos III University of Madrid. He is currently program director for the Department's PhD in Library & Information Science. He is also director of the DOTEINE research group and co-director of the ACROPOLIS research group along with Prof. Mercedes Caridad Sebastián. He is the main researcher of the DOTEINE and IACORIE funded projects, and has participated in the BUCRAI project as local coordinator. He participates in the Information Society Observatory.

PhD in Library & Information Science by the Carlos III University of Madrid and Master's Degree in Philosophy and Educational Sciences by the Complutense University, she is currently working as an Associate Professor at the Library & Information Science Department of the Carlos III University of Madrid and as a full time teacher at the Colegio Estudio of Madrid. She participates in the DOTEINE, IACORIE and ALIMADIES projects. Her main research areas are information literacy, reading competencies and school libraries.
Bachelor's Degree in Library & Information Science and Master's Degree in Documentation, he is currently working on his doctoral dissertation at the Library & Information Science Department of the University Carlos III of Madrid. He participates in the DOTEINE, IACORIE and ALIMADIES. His main research areas are learning objects, educational metadata, controlled vocabularies and educational digital libraries.
Master's Degree in Biology, Bachelor's Degree in Library & Information Science and Master's Degree in Documentation, she is currently working on her doctoral dissertation at the Library & Information Science Department of the Carlos III University of Madrid. The topic of her dissertation is the application of the Topic Map model to Educational Documentation. She participates in the DOTEINE, IACORIE and ALIMADIES funded projects.
